Terms of Service

By using the OncoSource website or uploading a document to the free analyzer, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The analyzer is intended for use in a professional, institutional capacity — by procurement, supply chain, clinical operations, and similar staff acting on behalf of their organization.

By uploading a document, you represent that: (a) you are authorized to share that document on behalf of your organization; (b) doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation, contract, or policy that binds you or your organization; and (c) the information you provide is accurate.

The analyzer extracts line items from a procurement document you upload (an invoice, quote, or price list) and compares them against product and pricing data to estimate potential savings. It is provided free of charge, without any service-level commitment, and we may modify, limit, or discontinue it at any time.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant OncoSource a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the uploaded document and the data extracted from it in order to (a) provide the analysis to you, and (b) create and use aggregated, de-identified statistics — such as market pricing ranges — that do not identify you, your organization, or your document. Handling and retention of the underlying data are described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload documents containing patient information.

The analyzer is for procurement documents only. OncoSource is not a clinical system. If you upload a document containing patient information in error, contact michael@oncosourceai.com immediately so we can delete it.

Pricing shown by the analyzer is informational only. It is not a quote, an offer to sell, or a guarantee of price or availability.

Savings estimates depend on the accuracy of automated document extraction and on pricing data that changes over time. Actual prices are established only in a formal quote or order confirmation issued through the OncoSource platform or by an authorized supplier. You should independently verify any figure before relying on it for a purchasing decision.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, malicious, or infringing.
• Upload falsified or fabricated pricing documents, or otherwise attempt to distort the statistics the service produces.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract data from the service, or circumvent rate limits and other technical protections.
• Use the service to build or improve a competing pricing database or service.
• Misrepresent your identity, employer, or authority.

We may suspend or block access for violations of this section.

The OncoSource platform, including its software, design, analysis methods, and aggregated data products, is owned by OncoSource and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the platform other than the limited right to use the public website and analyzer as described here.

The website and analyzer are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OncoSource's total liability arising out of the free analyzer or the public website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100), and OncoSource is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for purchasing decisions made in reliance on informational pricing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
