Bolus

Bolus (Bolx® & Bolx II®) is made from a solid, tissue-equivalent gel. It will not sag, deform or run. Bolus is available "skinless", or encased in a tough layer of thin plastic "skin".

Clinically equivalent options

A clinically equivalent alternative to Bolus is a bolus that serves the same clinical function, holds the same immobilization tolerance, and fits the same installed CT simulator and linac, at a lower delivered per-unit price. The cross-vendor options below are confirmed equivalents that clear those guardrails: a match must hold clinical function and equipment compatibility constant first, and only then compare price after pack-size normalization. To see how your own per-unit pricing for Bolus compares to the broader US radiation oncology accessory market, upload one of your own vendor invoices for a free, no-signup line-item analysis; because pricing is specific to your contract and volume, this reference stays price-free.

See what you should be paying — and your options

This catalog is price-free by design — pricing is specific to your contract and volume. Upload one of your own vendor invoices for a free, no-signup line-item analysis: each line is per-unit normalized and benchmarked against the broader US radiation oncology accessory market, so you can see where you’re overpaying on what you already buy. Not every product is about a lower price — some are premium upgrades, not cheaper equivalents — so use the catalog to evaluate the right option for your need.
